Returns/Exchanges

We hope you love your purchases from Vintage La Rose Jewelry! However, if your item isn't as expected, we are happy to return or exchange with the following conditions:

Merchandise must be returned within 10 DAYS of you receiving your package. Should your item have a defect or damage, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Please email for approval and return instructions at christian@vintagelarose.com  

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Repairs

Please email info@vintagelarose.com with a picture and description of your repair. Pave diamonds are replaceable at no charge for 1 year after purchase. Charges to be determined based on repair needed. We try our best to accommodate!

Shipping/Purchasing

We accept the following forms of payment: Credit Cards (American Express, Master Card, and Visa), and Paypal.

Most orders will be dispatched within three (3) working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock. Please note that you must supply us with your valid email address in your order to receive your electronic order confirmation.

Orders received on weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) will be processed the following business day. 

For overnight or express shipping, please indicate on your order or email us at christian@vintagelarose.com during regular business hours and we will do our best to arrange shipping. We offer FEDEX 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air for express orders placed over the phone. Overnight orders must be placed before 4 pm that day to be eligible for next day delivery. 

Sales Tax

Local taxes, if within Georgia, will be added to your order.

Photographs

Photos on Instagram and web site are the ownership of Vintage La Rose.  They may not be used without approval.

Privacy Policy

Vintage La Rose respects the privacy of its customers and takes the security of your personal information very seriously. Vintage La Rose does not disclose any of your personal information that you provide either during registration or in your profile. All of our customers' profile information is stored on a restricted database server and is used only for the purposes of processing and shipping your order. Profile information will never be disclosed to any party outside of necessary channels to ship and process your order in a timely manner. At any point our customers can access their account information, and have the opportunity to correct, update, or modify this information.
